Do I need a domain or a new email?
No. Use your current email at checkout. Your temporary address is included; you can connect a domain you own later, without starting another hosting subscription.
When can I edit my website?
Your workspace opens after payment confirmation and passkey setup. The website editor appears once your supported Astro + EmDash website has been prepared and connected. Reserving an address does not mean the website is already live.
Already a client?
Quick Launch buys a plan for an additional website. To pay for a website already in your workspace, open your workspace and choose that website’s plan.
If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days from the first failed payment to resolve it. After that, hosting is suspended and visitors see a service-unavailable page. Your content is retained, and you can still sign in to manage billing. Hosting resumes automatically once the overdue payment is confirmed.
