A clear view of the information we collect and how we use it.
We collect the name, email address, service choice and message you submit when you contact Hypersonic Services. We use them to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting work. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Website enquiries and client-site links are stored in our Cloudflare account. Cloudflare processes traffic and authentication information to host and protect this site. Sign-in uses Cloudflare Access and essential authentication cookies. There are no advertising trackers on this website.
Payments are handled by Stripe. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. Hypersonic does not store your full card details. Your EmDash website has its own sign-in and content data.
Cloudflare and Stripe may process information in countries outside Australia. We limit access to client information to the people and systems needed to deliver our services. We keep enquiries while needed for follow-up and business records, then review them for deletion.
To request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, email steve@hypersonic.services. Some billing or business records may need to be retained. This notice was updated on 30 September 2026.
